David W. Smith
In 1994, David received his bachelors degree from The Ohio State University in Agriculture. He spent many years in the horticulture industry. As one of his major accomplishments, he received a patent on a new variegated cultivar named Hibiscus syriacus 'Jodi'.
In 2002, David received his juris doctorate from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He is currently admitted to practice in:

In addition to being a licensed attorney, David is also a Florida state licensed general contractor. By combining knowledge from law and the construction industry he published The Florida Home Improvement Guide.
In January of 2018, David and his business partners launched My Law. It is legal software designed for efficient and effective courtroom presentations. The product is the only product on the market designed exclusively to enhance courtroom presentations by combing the advantages of cloud based access with touch access to legal references across multiple devices.
